5A/12v or 3A/24v 2 Door Interlocking PSU

The "IPSU525" is a 2 door interlocking PSU with timer facilities(1-60seconds),the psu & module are housed in a metal enclosure, the psu is selectable for 12v/5A or 24v /3A operation and has a battery float charger for batteries upto 7Ah, a mains fail relay and front & rear box tamper switch and rising clamp connectors. The interlock module has auxiliary DC voltage terminals giving the same voltage as the DC supply, the module has on board relays giving one set of SPCO 5A/30v DC voltage free changeover contacts per door controlled by the two on board timers, these voltage free relay contacts are not effected by the emergency override circuit.The two timer circuits also give a Fail Safe or Fail Secure lock output for each door lock.Each door can be triggered by a (+) or (-) momentary input and each lock timer can be set separately. When one of the door locks are triggered the oposit door lock is automatically inhibited for the length the timer has been set for and can also be inhibited for as long as the door is open by useing the normally closed inhibit door sense input terminals. A normally closed emergency override circuit is also provided and will override both door lock output voltages to provide a means of escape or to create a free door operation.

Both door locks have a GREEN static LED indicator that illuminates when the door is released and a RED flashing LED indicator that illuminates if the emergency input is used.
