Goods return policy

We hope you will be pleased with the goods you purchase from this website.

For all returns you must be issued with a RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) number, you can recieve your RMA number by emailing our customer services department. Any returns we recieve without an RMA number may not be processed correctly and may cause delays.

Return of unwanted goods

If you recieve goods that you no longer wish to keep, you are legally entitled to return them so long as we recieve them back within 7 days of pruchase. Items must in a full resalable condition and must not have been used. This is in accordance with your statutory rights and appropriate distance selling and consumer legislation.

Should you recieve faulty, incorrect or damaged goods, please contact us immediately and confirm in writing within 3 days of recieving your goods.

Returning damaged goods

If you recieve goods that are that are damaged on arrival you must email our customer services department  customerservices@ats-security.com with 3 days of your goods arriving. We may ask you to send photographic evidance of any damaged goods.

Once you have contacted us and provided us with as much information as you can we will inform you as to our procedure.
